Why consider apprenticeship?

Apprenticeship is the gold standard of talent development both for new hires and incumbent workers. It is a structured method of recruiting, training, and retaining best in class talent. It has proven to:

  • Produce positive ROI – On average, employers report earning $1.44 for every $1 invested in apprenticeship

  • Increase staff loyalty – nearly 94% of registered apprentices remain with their employer following completion of their apprenticeship program

  • Provide a rapidly deployable strategy for upskilling and cross-skilling current workers in critically-needed skill areas

  • Create more diversified talent pipelines through competency-based hiring and training practices
