Employers across every industry with cyber and tech apprenticeship programs have shown a high degree of interest in hiring Veterans and military spouses.

The tech industry needs you! Our nation is currently more vulnerable than ever to cybercrime and cyber warfare. Whether you have IT/Cyber experience or not, a Registered Apprenticeship program can help you gain valuable skills and knowledge through paid, on-the-job learning and related instruction to get a long-term career pathway in the field.

As a USDOL VETS ENPP Partner, Safal Partners is proud to help ENPP participants find work within the cyber or IT fields by connecting them with our partners who are in the IT industry.

What is a Registered Apprenticeship Program (RAP)?

It is an “earn and learn” way to gain skills and knowledge for in-demand occupations. You are hired by an employer and paid to perform on-the-job training under supervision of an experienced professional. In addition, you will complete job-related education outside of normal work hours. You will have the opportunity to earn wage increases over the course of the program and will earn at least one national, portable, industry-valued credentials upon program completion. The hiring employer sets the length of the program, qualification, and salary.
